Fiance Visa to the USA..How old do you need to be?

I’m just wondering how old you need to be when you can apply for the Fiance Visa for the USA?
Right now, I’m 19, turning 20 in April..
Can you tell me if I can apply for a fiance visa now? Because I have read on some posts that you have to be 18yrs old and on other posts you have to be 21yrs old..

There is no age. This is what the instructions say….

A. The requirement to meet your fiancé(e) in person would violate strict and long-established customs of your or your fiancé(e)’s foreign culture or social practice; or

B. It is established that the requirement to personally meet your fiancé(e) would result in extreme hardship to you.
