I sent a package special delivery with RM, wasn’t given a tracking number and it’s not arrived. Any advice?

I sent the package next day special delivery and was only given a receipt for payment not a tracking number. It never got there and now I can’t track it. Just want to know what my options are?

If you did send it Special Delivery, then the tracking number would have been on the ordinary, white receipt you got for your payment for the item.

Without this, you won’t be able to do much but you could ask at the local post office – there MAY be a copy on their till if you know the day and time you posted it?
