How do I discard chemicals such as old paint and unused household chemicals?
I have about 6 gallons of old paint and a couple of full bottles of CLR which I haven’t used. Can I just throw them in the trash?
Nope. Those are ‘hazardous materials’, so they must go to the waste facilities. YOu can’t dump them as normal garbage. You can ask at your city office about that.
